Adamson-Eric (1902–1968) was one of the most versatile creative personalities in the 20th century Estonian art. The artist, mostly known as a virtuosic painter, worked in nearly all spheres of applied arts. In the permanent exhibition of the museum a display of the creative heritage of Adamson-Eric (paintings, ceramics, porcelain painting, leatherwork, metal objects, jewellery, decorative tiles, textiles and furniture) can be seen. On the first floor, in the basement and in the courtyard topical and personal exhibitions and various educational programmes and lectures are held.
