The permanent exhibition is dedeicated to the dairy history of Estonia. In the second half of the 19th century much attention was given to the development of the dairy industry in Estonia. By today milk production has become a leading production sector in agriculture. The first permanent exposition through the two floors gives a brief overview of the beginning of dairying in estate dairies and of the development of dairying on farms at the end of the 19th century and at the beginning of the 20th century. On the first floor a dairy with its equipment that worked on co-operative basis (existed from 1908 to 1950) is exhibited.
