The museum is located at Türi, a town which became widely known in 1937 after the completion of the construction of a radio transmitting station with the most contemporary antenna in Europe at that time. Exhibitions introduce the history and development of national broadcasting from the beginning of regular radio transmissions ion 1926 to the present day. Expositions include wax-statues of Felix Moor, the “radio man”, and Fred Olbrei, a model of Türi radio transmitting station, different studio, transmission and reporter technology, television and radio receivers and photo materials.
